Abstract Submission

 

In order to submit an abstract,

you must also submit an application.

Apply for a conference.
 

  • Submitting an abstract is optional for conference applicants. If you would like to submit an abstract for a poster presentation, complete the abstract form included in the application.

  • Abstracts must be submitted at the same time as the application and registration form. We cannot accept abstracts after an application has been submitted.  Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions.

  • When naming your file, be sure to use only letters and numbers.  The system does not accept file names with spaces or special characters. An acceptable file name is: FASEBAbstract

FASEB.Abstract

  • The uploaded document should only include the body of the abstract.

  • Do not include the title, author(s) and affiliation(s)in the body of your abstract. You will be asked to enter this information directly into the abstract form online.
  • Your abstract should be formatted using the following guidelines:

    • One page space limitation

    • Microsoft Word file

    • 1 inch margins

    • Times New Roman, 12 pt font

    • Single space

  • Once an abstract is submitted, it cannot be revised. Please be sure the information submitted is correct.
  • The application allows you to submit only one abstract. If you would like to submit an additional abstract, you should contact the organizer after you are notified of your acceptance.

  • If you must withdraw your abstract, please contact the Summer Research Conferences Office in writing so that we may notify the conference organizer. You may send this information by email ( Contact Information) or by fax to 301-634-7007.
