Registration

FASEB offers an all-inclusive registration fee, which includes meals, lodging, and meeting fees. Advanced registration is required and attendees are encouraged to register before the early-bird deadline to save $150. On-site registration is not permitted. Conference registration closes four weeks prior to the start of the conference in order to prepare materials for our attendees.

Registration Types:

Single: If you choose to have a room to yourself, you can register as a "single occupancy registration." 

Double with Attendee: If you choose to share a room with another registered attendee, register as a “double with attendee”.  An optional field will appear for you to request a roommate. If you do not have a specific person in mind, FASEB staff will assign another attendee of the same gender as your roommate. 

Double with Guest:  If you want to bring a guest, register as “double with guest”.  Please provide the guests name, so a badge can be available for your guest.  This registration will cover your full registration and your guest meals and room fees.

Off-Site: For those who do not wish to take advantage of on-site housing, an “off-site” registration type is also available.  The offsite registration fee includes meals and meeting fees.  If you choose off-site registration, you will be responsible for securing and paying for your lodging, as well as local transportation to and from the meeting. 

Registration fees vary depending upon the conference location and registration type and are listed below.  Fees cannot be prorated or discounted due to contractual arrangements with venues.

Only attendees who have registered and submitted a curriculum vitae may participate in the scientific conference.  

Note: The single and double occupancy attendee registration fees include five nights of lodging (Sunday through Thursday, with checkout on Friday morning), all meals (five breakfasts, five lunches, and five dinners), and access to all scientific sessions and posters. The off-site registration fee includes all meals (five breakfasts, five lunches, and five dinners), and access to all scientific sessions and posters.

    Registration Details

    • Registration fees include access to the conference (scientific sessions, posters sessions, and conference resources), including any meals as featured in the program agenda.
    • Registration does not include hotel reservations. Attendees reserve their own hotel room and pay on own for their stay.
    • When payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
    • A curriculum vitae is collected during registration.
    • Abstract submission during registration is optional for attendees but is required for invited speakers.
    • A Visa letter may be requested during registration and will be issued as attachment to the registration confirmation email.
    • If you would like to bring a guest to attend conference meals for an additional fee, please contact src@faseb.org or call 301.634.7010. Children under 10 years old are free.
    • On-site registration is not available.

    Cancellation Policy

    Unable to attend? Submit your cancellation request via email before the registration cancellation deadline (see conference deadlines). Refunds will be issued to the credit card used during registration, less a $300 (268.80 Euros) cancellation fee (excluding VAT if applicable). There are no refunds after the registration cancellation deadline.

    Conference Policies & Code of Conduct

    For the safety and enjoyment of all, FASEB has conference policies and a code of conduct that applies to all FASEB participants and guests. All policies are adopted in consideration of and in the best interest of conference attendees, conference organizers and the conference host facilities. By registering for the conference, the attendee agrees to abide by all said policies.
