St. Bonaventure University sits on 500 acres in the town of Allegany next to the city of Olean. Most campus buildings are designed in red brick with Italianate roofs, to reflect the architecture of St. Francis' native Italy. The campus has several residence halls, townhouses/apartments, and academic buildings and offers a full service restaurant and bar, golf course, and fitness center.

Throughout the summer, the average high temperature in Olean is 83°F (29°C) with a low of 64°F (18°C).

All rooms are dormitory style. There are four single (locking) rooms to an apartment. Each apartment is furnished with basic dormitory furniture, a full kitchen, and 1.5 baths.

Shuttle Service

FASEB has contracted with Coach USA  for shuttle services from Buffalo International Airport.  The pick-up time is 3:30 p.m. on Sunday and Friday. Return times vary due to the conference schedule.  Passengers should verify the bus schedule when purchasing tickets.

Child & Family Care Resources

Although FASEB does not directly provide child care services, attendees are welcome to have guests (including spouses, children, nannies, and babysitters) accompany them to the conference. Guest registration is available to accommodate those with child and family care needs and the venue can provide additional assistance and resources.

The Olean YMCA offers School Age Child Care.  If interested please complete the enrollment form and return to Mary Miller.
